How do I place an order?
Orders can be made by email or phone, we’ll then confirm with a standard contract.
Is there a minimum order?
No – orders can be anything from one bag upwards.
How is the coffee stored and transported?
Our coffee is stored at Vollers UK in Bury St Edmunds and The Roast Works in Belfast – both specialty coffee warehouses. All our coffees on our offer list are available in either warehouse, at the same price.
We can arrange transportation to anywhere in the UK, EU and worldwide.
From The Roast Works, we are able to send EU customs-cleared coffee anywhere in Europe.
We are always happy to arrange consolidation with orders from other importers who store at Vollers UK or The Roast Works.
All of our bags are jute, protectively lined with Ecotact nine layered hermetic packaging to maintain freshness.
How long does an order take to arrive?
We can arrange for orders to be delivered anywhere in the UK within 48 hours, provided we receive your release instructions before 1pm.
Orders within the EU take approximately 5 to 7 days; faster delivery options are available.
We are more than happy to release coffees to your own transport provider.
As always, please do get in touch to discuss.
What payment terms do you offer?
Our standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of release. For first time customers, we may request payment in advance of the coffees being released.
Invoices are issued in GBP or EUR.
What’s included in the price?
Prices quoted on our offer list are FCA (Free Carrier), which include all warehouse fees. The only additional cost would be transportation, if required.
We can usually store any coffee you order for a few months at no additional cost, if required – please get in touch to discuss.
